How much does it normally cost?
Regular Rates:
• Heart Savers (CPR First Aid AED) $85 per person

What happens after I submit my deposit?
After you pay the deposit, you’ll get a call from us to confirm the date of your class. The deposit is nonrefundable, but redeemable for one calendar year. Full payment is due at the beginning of the start of each class. However, most of our clients pay for the full class upfront or before the start of the class.
When is the balance due?
Your balance is due on the day of your class. However, you can make payments at any time through our website before the scheduled date of your class.
How much time is required to complete each course?
BLS instruction - 4 hours
Heart savers (CPR first aid AED) - 6.5 hours
OSHA 10 hour class - 10 hours
OSHA 10 hour class with Heart Savers - 2 days, 8 hours each day
CPR (no first aid) - 4 hours
Heart Savers for High School Students - 6.5 hours
Pediatric CPR only - 4 hours
Pediatric Heart Savers (CPR and first aid) - 6.5 hours
What do I receive upon completing the courses?
Upon completion of these courses, you’ll receive a course completion card from either the American Heart Association or OSHA outreach training.
What are the space requirements for on-site training?
Space requirements include classroom-type setting tables and chairs, possibly a projector or TV screen for a presentation. If there is no projector or TV screen available, we have our own projector screen and laptop. Most of these presentations are PowerPoint presentations.
What is your cancellation policy?
You must cancel 48 hours prior to class you’ll lose your deposit. If you paid in full, you can redeem your class with no penalty for one calendar year.
How long should we promote the class to ensure minimum participation?
You have up to one calendar year to redeem your class. Our minimum is normally between six and 10 participants. You can promote as long as you want to meet the minimum requirement. If we arrive and there's only two participants, you will be charged for a minimum of 6 participants for any class, but you will receive a credit depending on how many students arrive or how many students are absent.
